This recipe got my sneezing left, right and centre! Tip: do not sniff after you put the chillis and garlic in the pan!

I had to adjust this recipe as I didn’t have the holy basil/Thai basil. So I substituted that with spinach.
There is a good kick of chillis in this dish and I also added the chilli vinegar from my blog before.
There was a good porky flavour as I fried off the pork fat instead of using vegetable oil. Even though I used the pork fat, it doesn’t make the dish fatty.
Another quick recipe and I will definitely make this one again! If you like your chilli, you can definitely add more than what the recipe says 🙂
