A colleague at work came back from his Icelandic holiday and bought back goodies for us. It’s kind of a tradition at work; when you go on holiday then you bring back food goodies for everyone 😀
At first myself and another colleague were thinking if they were fermented fish of some sort 😂 luckily, it was chocolate!
Risbuff – this was marshmallow covered in chocolate with some rice Krispy bits. You would think this was really sweet with the marshmallow but it actually wasn’t! I was so surprised. The marshmallow was nice and squidgy with a bit of chew and the rice Krispy bits gave it a bit a crunchy texture. I ate about 4 of these! Kropp – this was literally biscuit balls covered in chocolate! These were very moreish! It’s kind of like malteasers but lighter, it was like eating air. I grabbed a few handfuls of them as they were very addictive.
So if you are ever in Iceland… Look out for these. Definitely recommend them 😁
