Smoothie prep

So I’ve got the dentist tomorrow and I’m having a tooth extraction! This is my 2nd one this year, ugh! I thought instead of having anything hard to chew for breakfast (like toast), I would have a healthy smoothie!

Now, I’ve never have a smoothie because sometimes some of them have milk/yoghurt in and I don’t like either of them! So I had to find recipes which didn’t have them and luckily I found 2, yippee!

Does anyone else do a smoothie prep? I’ve chopped them up and put them in the freezer so it’ll be nice and cold when I blend them (no need for ice!)

The top one is a mango and banana smoothie and the other ones are strawberry and banana smoothie. I get 2 days worth of strawberry smoothies, yay! I hope they taste nice.

In the next couple of days you’ll see these smoothies pop up! I’ll tell you what they are like when I make them 😀
