This was a good recipe to make! I followed along to her YouTube video, had to pause for some bits but it was easy to follow.
I thought it was going to be salty but with the added brown sugar to the sauce it made it a bit sweeter.
The beef was marinated and the meat was sooooo tender! You didn’t really have to chew that much!
I did cut my vegetables into julienne but I was never a neat chopper so my vegetables look a bit more rustic haha
I’ve got plenty left over for tomorrow’s lunch 😀 why don’t you give this recipe a try!
