I had to adjust this recipe as I did more of one ingredient and didn’t have another ingredient lol
This recipe is by 2014 Masterchef winner Ping Coombes. I haven’t done a step by step on this recipe but if you want it, the written recipe is below.

So I didn’t have the rice cakes or the pork (I had a mix of beef and pork mince) and I used quite a lot of tofu (only because I needed to use it up!) but it still tasted nice!

The tofu in it made it nice and silky and I like the spicyness of the szechuan peppercorns. It was a great balance.
I would definitely make this again and I could make it a little bit spicier and with less tofu.
