So I bought a pasta roller and I thought I’d test it out with egg noodles first before I start on pasta! I can now say that I can make egg noodles during lockdown.

At first it was very frustrating as my pasta was getting stuck in the machine but I got there in the end!
I am rather proud of myself that I persevered and actually made egg noodles! No more buying noodles for me!
