Beef ho fun

This was actually a very easy recipe to follow and to make! If don’t have time to cook, then this is a good recipe for you!

For my taste this was little salty for me, so if I make it again I will dial down the soy sauce and maybe the oyster sauce.

Other than that, the beef was very tender and melt in your mouth (thanks to the marinade).

I’ve made this before with dried ho fun but that made it a little bit stodgy. It’s definitely better with fresh ho fun and Marion’s tip in the video about putting the ho fun in the microwave is great!

This is a popular street food and they sometimes add eggs in this too! If you want, add some chilli oil to make it a little bit spicier.
