I’ve subscribed to a new channel a few weeks ago called “Kimono Mom.” she cooks alot of Japanese dishes and they always look so simple to cook! Also she has a very cute daughter called Sutan and she’s always in the kitchen with here, it’s adorable.
So I thought I’d make a recipe by Kimono Mom. Yakisoba, simple recipe and very easy to cook. If you want to try the recipe, go to her YouTube video below:
There was a great tip when cooking the noodles. To have the softness of Japanese noodles put in baking powder in boiling water before putting in spaghetti. It’ll be 1.5L of water and 1.5 tablespoon of baking powder and boil for 15 minutes. My god, the texture totally changed and it was so good for this recipe!

This was a very oishii recipe! There was sweetness of the brown sugar and then the umami of the Worcestershire sauce. This is then paired with the crunchy cabbage and the softness of the pork. So so good!
Itadakimasu!
