Another new takeaway place myself and my boyfriend tried. I had the Classic Cheese Stack Burger, southern fried chicken strips and cajun fries.
These were yum! They were tender and still juicy. The coating was very crispy too, it also wasn’t oily at all! The burger was soooo juicy and still a little pink inside. I had to squish it down a little before actually eating it! It has a sweetness of the sauce and the sourness of the gherkins. So much flavour! The cajun fries had so much cajun flavour in. I recommend shaking the bag before eating as the cajun spice was all at the bottom, so you would have fries with lots of spice and some not so much. It was still nice though!
I enjoyed Stacks and comparing to the burgers I’ve had in other places, this I think is on par with Five Guys. If you’re in Portsmouth, give this place a try.
