I needed lunch when I went round my partner’s so ended up getting a Chinese takeaway. I haven’t been there before and then I found what I haven’t eaten for agessss… Beef Flank!
Usually I have rice for dinner but I really wanted the beef flank dish.
When it came, it was in a big takeaway round tub and it has so much packed into it! It looked like it was for 2 people but I was so hungry I ate it all haha.
It had plenty of beef flank. It was soooo tender and didn’t really have to chew too much! It has Chinese cabbage and that took on all the sauce flavour and also the beefyness of it all.
Eating the rice was just fabulous, it had the beefy flavour throughout and eating it with the beef and cabbage was just yummy. The crunch of the cabbage and then the tenderness of the beef. Such a great mix of textures.
I would definitely go here again!
