Myself and my other half had eggs royale for Christmas breakfast. It was my first time making poached eggs and I am so proud of myself!
So you have eggs benedict; this is poached eggs with ham. Eggs royale; this is poached eggs with smoked salmon. Eggs florentine; this is poached eggs with spinach. I love them all!
As you can see… It was a success! Even though I haven’t made 1 poached egg, I made 4!
I wish I made my own hollandaise sauce as the jar ones was very thick! So I guess next achievement will be making hollandaise sauce!
