This is a one pot shop and put it in the oven type dinner. My favourite type as it means less washing 😀


This was very nice. There was the crispyness of the potatoes on top and the softness of the onions and the carrots.
The beef was very tender and melt in your mouth. When I put it on the plate it didn’t look tender but once you put your fork in it, it’s just sooo soft.
The recipe was to put salt and pepper on the beef; which I did and then before you put it in the oven you season it again. The second seasoning I just put pepper as I don’t like my food too salty and plus there would be some salt in the beef stock.
I would definitely make this again, it’s such a good dinner for winter as it warms you right up!
