If you think this is a hard recipe… it’s not! So simple and this is also the first time where I stir fried the noodles first before cooking the sauce. I thought it was weird at first but it does actually work.
The gravy is silky smooth due the corn starch and water slurry that you put in near the end and you have the peppery flavour from the white pepper. You then have the condiment of red chilli and white vinegar and this cuts through the gravy nicely.
